I do not use Amazon. I am an Indie bookseller and Amazon is trying to put me out of business. I would enjoy reading your book if possoble.

An excellent reason to ignore Amazon - I do it for the bezos treatment of his workers! I just will not use anything amazon related 👍

JB, I also would prefer the brown paper package passed under the table rather than going to the feet of the great Satan (well at least one of the current crop)

Still hoping that you will continue with 'The Collector' but I assume that you are still looking for the right lawyer ;-)

Omgods I had no idea you had finished it!! Will it come out as a published book eventually - I'm old enough to prefer the feel of a book in my hands ( preferably paperback so I can curl up in bed with it 👍👍)

Yes, Penny. I have been working on the print edition for the last week or so. The main problem is that it's too long. The combined trilogy runs to over 1000 pages, and print on demand tops out at 800

Oh, my. You bloody legend!

I am one of the many heathens who haven't bowed before the church of Bezos, so it would be most wonderful of you to provide a link, out in the back alley of course. Pretty sure you have my email if that is easy enough. That Gryphonn at guy.

Cheers,

Brad

So bought petrol from 7-11 today where there were 'Cash Only' signs up, oh my god JB is the 'Kwisatz Haderach' I thought but then I checked and they still had muffins so just a false alarm.

Or is the real strike tomorrow?

Thank you very much, John. I took up the offer on Saturday morning, started reading (originally on my desktop and later on my phone) in bits and pieces, and finally finished all three novels at 12:57 am this morning. I don't do that normally, but you do have a gift for words. It make me think, but also it acted as an anti-depressant. Yes, the story is indeed apocalyptic with a death toll in ten digits, but it is _fiction_. Reading your story, I wasn't doomscrolling on Twitter.

There's a world building angle I'm curious about. Montana (or parts of it) got off mostly unscathed than most places in the United States because it had a lot to grow and very little people to support. What other places would make it? (Tasmania was mentioned in the books, but I'd be worried about a lot of refugees from Melbourne trying to survive.)

Holy shit, mate. I dont think I've ever heard of anyone speed running the whole trilogy like that! As for Tassie, I think Hobart might have some trouble, as would the other capitals, but it might, just might pull through. Townsville too, because of the army and the cattle industry.

I can only use Amazon if the books include either Bezos being mauled by a massive swarm of bees, or him eating his own feet while they are attached. Please let me know JB.

I’m not an Amazon person, and for reasons (probably profit driven) they are not yet totally ingrained in this small, slightly behind the times, island at the bottom of the pacific.

I listened to the first installment so the chance for reading the rest, (received as a gift), wonderful
