It describes observable variables and proposes a model that predicts possible outcomes. Terrible, horrific outcomes sure, but fascinating from theory. How zietgisty does this make Hari Sheldon's theory of psychohistory in Azimov's Foundation Series?
Well that puts things in perspective. I think the petite bourgeoisie in the USA are the ones arming themselves thanks to frightful stories about Antifa and similar bogeys. There's an awful lot of violent rhetoric that vomits out of the Right whenever someone suggests easing back on guns etc.
