Thanks John. I just want to know why he hasn’t updated his profile pic now that he has assumed his final Skeksi form?

Wow. I always knew Sheridan was a demented fuckstick, but that's a new level of stupid/Rupert brown nosing. Thanks for being the PPE between us and that infestation of glorious insanity.

Hey, JB: I do my own monitoring each Saturday of the NewsCorp opinion writers - and was as appalled (though in no way shocked) by this very typically Sheridan fawning string of ideological puffery for his master's pleasure. Every time he gets invited on to The Drum - I send off a note asking why such a partisan right-winger is on my ABC. He offers nothing to the subject under discussion except a way over-the-top self belief with intimations that he has insider status and yet has little of real world awareness. I cut it out as an example of why The Australian and NewsCorp/Murdoch are dangerous to what remains of our erstwhile democracy - and in fact it proves the point of Kevin Rudd's current on-line petition about Mass Media ownership being in the hands of Greg's boss. Anyway, John, I relished your bit-by-bit demolition job on "woke" Greg! What a prawn...

"way over-the-top self belief with intimations that he has insider status and yet has little of real world awareness" is what every teacher wrote on every one of Greg's school report cards.

It’s all shit. The entire article is a journalistic-blowjob looking for a Miranda-like pat on the head. But the whole “Trump Mk 2 will be calmer and better” bullshit is actually mind blowing. Trump is a world class grifter who accidentally fell arse-first into (arguably) the most powerful job in the world and is busily fleecing the US for everything he can get his hands on. He’s not playing 5 dimensional chess, he’s stealing the ashtrays and linens from the hotel. To call Trump unhinged this term would be generous. But if he gets re-elected he will quite literally have nothing to lose. Why would he be afraid of any sanctions from Congress? He, his minions and his spawn routinely ignore them. I mean, fuck, the man was impeached and he batted it away like a ladybird. We think he was unhinged this time? This was just a preview - the main act is about to follow

There's a great story about him quite literally stealing the candlesticks from the London embassy because he liked the look of them.

JB, This made my jaw drop...although I guess I really shouldn't be surprised should I?

Do you think GS realises what a total dickhead he sounds like everytime he calls someone "woke"?

Thank you for doing this, I can never again read a Greg Sheridan piece as it can induce a ragegasm that can damage health, for some reason I find him more bilefilling than Bolt, it may be the way he portrays himself as an insider who knows all the stuff when he demonstrates his ignorance with every outing. I had to stop for a sec when I read the "On China, Trump has been ahead of the US political leadership class" oh my. Grateful for you reading it so I got to enjoy it without having to wade into the cess pit that is The Oz.

I'm not an insider who knows all the stuff, but I do know a couple of insiders with some of the some stuff and they are praying their knees to the bone for a Biden victory.

Totally agree with the Bolt comment. It’s the pseudo-intellectualism that shits me to absolute tears. Bolt’s like that racist old uncle you see once a year at Chrissy. GS is that conspiracy-filled co-worker who works in the cubicle next to yours

Since you’re a journo and although well connected lad who’s been around, I have a question for you JB---I’ve often wondered-Do shitgibbons like Sheridan

A) Truly ‘hand on heart’ believe the crap they say/write,

B) Know its complete gobshite but it’s their job/schtick/want to be relevant etc.

C) It’s where their politics/worldview sits and they are happy to write propaganda for the ‘cause’?

If they're smart, they don't.

I wonder about this too. I think a lot of them completely lack self-awareness so that allows them to write crap like this without any worry about self reflection.

Thanks John, it's been a while since I've subjected myself to Sheridan, who still pulls his assertions from his actual arse with a misplaced sense of superiority reminiscent of any bemused, day-drinking, divorcee school principal.

I can't understand why Newscorpse makes noise about protecting journalists when they don't seem to employ any.
