These dogs of war barking at China from our cute little cabinet are but fleas on the world stage. Do they seriously think the USA would jump in if we start something? That special relationship only works one way. Nice bonus music. I remember it from the soundtrack to the original "Rollerball". That particular dystopian future hasn't come true... yet. I think the NRL are looking into it.

So the US only just announces the withdrawal date of troops to leave Afghanistan and so of course Australia will be leaving, and so we immediately decide to rattle sabres at China. They do realise Orwell's perpetual war was meant to be a bad thing. I am pretty sure the Chinese government is not exactly trembling when Australia's Pezzullo starts mouthing off.

Also ScottyfromMarketing's bad touching people only further illustrates that he does not understand consent.

Fuck me!! Thanks, it's all clear to me now 😳😒🙄

Being a little preoccupied of late by the forced necessity to find and relocate to a new 'home' (somewhere preferably with a sound roof, and some certainty of being allowed to pay the owner's mortgage for at least a couple of years) I've found catching up with the events of the last few weeks quite unnerving & confusing. It seems Scotty & co have transformed Aus into an incompetent copy of Trump's US. They've now exceeded the bizarre behaviour of that corrupt regime imo. I did lol at your description of Pyne; esp apt cos he is a dog! Crook belongs in jail over East Timor deal; he's been profiting from it ever since 🤬

Also, Trump must be impressed with his mini-me! At least he didn't make it illegal for US citizens to return home!

So, about 60% of China's voracious appetite for iron ore comes from Australia, most of the rest from Brazil, South Africa and India. The latter exporters are growing. When China solves this little puzzle later in the decade look for the fireworks in the South China Sea to start. Or maybe another muppet US President in 2024 leads to a weakened US withdrawing from the world stage as it did post-WWI. Our mineral-rich NW would become a very juicy target in a weakened New World Order.

We are at a critical juncture for humanity with post-pandemic recovery, rapidly worsening climate and regional/global level political tinder boxes springing up across the globe, and the next 10-15 years will determine the fate of the century and maybe this global civilisation.

Thank you for making such a serious subject so entertaining..."apex opportunivore" is a gem. At least SOMEONE is rightly crucifying the cun...er...the asshats.

Good practice for when the bombs start falling I guess...

No...we have to be positive and avoid the foetal position just yet
